Nestled in a quiet corner of Bodrum, Su Hotel is a delightful escape with a Mediterranean touch. I recently enjoyed their culinary offerings at the newly opened Su Hotel Wine-Bar and Restaurant. The ambiance is serene, featuring beautiful garden views that enhance the dining experience. We indulged in their varied à la carte menu, where Mediterranean flavors take center stage. I tried their signature grilled octopus, accompanied by an excellent wine pairing. The restaurant's setting invites you to savor brunch amidst nature, a perfect start to any day. While the breakfast lacked the expansive variety often found in Turkish hotels, it was still satisfying. The poolside bar, Molly Malone's, is perfect for unwinding with a casual drink. Su Hotel offered both a comfortable stay and noteworthy dining experiences. I would gladly return to relive the moments.
